To show hidden files and folders in Windows File Explorer, follow these steps:
Show Hidden Files and Folders
Open File Explorer using the shortcut + E or other methods;
As shown in the image, click the ellipsis button (More options menu) to open the menu, then click [Options] to open the Folder Options window:
In the Folder Options window, switch to the [View] tab, and make the following settings under [Advanced settings]:
- Under [Hidden files and folders], select [Show hidden files, folders, and drives]
- Click OK or Apply to make the changes effective
